Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping
Normally arrives in 3-5 business days and we currently use Royal Mail as our courier. You will receive an email and tracking number when your MEJ box has been shipped, from that day your parcel should be with you in two business days.
International Shipping
Normally arrives 7-10 business days. We now send your MEJ box fully tracked which is why the price is slightly higher for countries outside of England. You will receive an email when your MEJ box has been shipped and inside that email will be your tracking number.
Due to the UK leaving the EU on 31/12/2020, please note that when having your item shipped outside of the UK to EU countries, you may be liable for import tax. This may be payable by you before your courier company release the goods whilst also delaying your purchase.
