Refund policy

Whilst we hope you're thrilled with your order, if you're not, then we have a full 30-day return policy.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn, unwashed, unmarked, with its tags still on and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To begin the process of requesting a return please use the form on the contact us page, letting us know why you wish to return it as well as your order number.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note we do not cover the shipping fee, this will need to be paid for by yourselves. We recommend sending it with tracking and full insurance. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
